At ITC Vegas, we partnered with Wisedocs, a leader in AI medical records summary, to better understand how trust in AI is forming across the claims ecosystem and explore how claims professionals evaluate AI in practice. Through a series of conversations with industry leaders recorded at the Wisedocs booth, we explored how much trust AI earns on its own, how that trust changes when expert review is involved, and where AI is having, or could have, the greatest impact across the claims document review process.

In this installment, we speak with Peter Venetis, Claims Consulting Practice Leader at Value Momentum. During the interview, Peter shares that his trust in AI generated outputs has increased over the last year to 18 months, explaining that in his opinion “AI is getting better at understanding claim documents and being able to identify information, extract key outputs and provide value to claims leaders”.
