Eberl and Liberate Integrate Platforms to Speed FNOL-to-Repair Claims Workflow

March 23, 2026

Eberl, a leading claims management and repair network company, and Liberate, an insurtech platform specializing in claims automation, today announced the launch of a direct integration between their platforms designed to dramatically reduce the time between first notice of loss (FNOL) and the initiation of physical repairs for property insurance claims.

The integration connects Liberate’s claims automation software directly with Eberl’s contractor assignment and repair management network, eliminating manual data re-entry and phone-based handoffs that have historically added days to the claims cycle. When a policyholder files a claim through a Liberate-powered carrier, the integration automatically triggers an assignment within Eberl’s network, enabling faster contractor dispatch and status updates to flow back into the claims file in real time.

Insurers using both platforms will benefit from a seamless end-to-end workflow from the moment a claim is reported through to repair completion, with full data continuity and audit trail across both systems.

“Speed at FNOL sets the tone for the entire claims experience,” said [Eberl spokesperson]. “By connecting directly with Liberate, we’re removing the friction that slows down the moment policyholders need help most.”

“Our mission is to make claims faster and less painful for everyone involved,” said [Liberate spokesperson]. “Integrating with Eberl’s repair network is a natural extension of that — it means the automation we provide carriers doesn’t stop at assignment, it carries through to the physical repair.”

The integration is available immediately to carriers operating on both platforms.
