Neptune Insurance Holdings Inc. Announces Public Filing of Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering on the New York Stock Exchange
Neptune Insurance Holdings Inc., the parent company of Neptune Flood Incorporated, has announced that it has publicly filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) relating to the proposed initial public offering of its Class A common stock by certain selling securityholders. Neptune Insurance Holdings has applied to list its Class A common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “NP.”
The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. The offering is subject to market conditions and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed or as to the actual size or other terms of the offering.
