Ben emphasises that the value lies not only in internal optimisation but also in improving the end customer experience. On the question of the biggest opportunity in the industry, Ben is clear in pointing to artificial intelligence as the defining shift. He focuses on how AI is no longer a standalone innovation but something being embedded into everyday processes that insurers rely on. As he states: “Artificial intelligence is the biggest opportunity for insurance… it’s the ability to take agentic capability and embed it in those core processes that everyday insurers use.”
