This enables faster decision-making and helps underwriters focus on higher-value judgement tasks. As he explains: “Sixfold is providing (insurers) a summary of what’s positive and negative about every submission, and how well aligned that is according to their underwriting guidelines.”

When asked about the biggest opportunity in insurance, Roger highlights the evolution of AI-driven workflows and the challenges of automation at scale, particularly around how different agents interact and how data is managed. He stresses the importance of improving data quality at the point of entry into organisations.
