At ITC Vegas, we partnered with Wisedocs, a leader in AI medical records summary, to better understand how trust in AI is forming across the claims ecosystem and explore how claims professionals evaluate AI in practice. Through a series of conversations with industry leaders recorded at the Wisedocs booth, we explored how much trust AI earns on its own, how that trust changes when expert review is involved, and where AI is having, or could have, the greatest impact across the claims document review process.

As part of the series, we spoke with Joshua Hollander, CEO of North America at Horton International who shared his opinion how trust in AI is forming across the claims ecosystem. Josh believes the increasing use of AI “reveals one of the hidden talent needs in the industry, and that is for translators and so people who can take the traditional institutional knowledge as well as the output of the newer AI driven systems and be able to connect the dots between the two”.
